Thanks for checking our our company and our new website. Our goal with the new site is to take our commitment to service that has always existed at B.C. Artman & Co and translate that into an online experience. We want our customers and prospective customers to have all the tools they need to make South Hills real estate and rentals easier. New Features
- You can now search the entire multi-list for Allegheny, Somerset and Washington county right on our website. The search is constantly updated throughout the day and will help buyers find the home of their dreams
- Our rental inventory is now online to help you locate available apartments in the South Hills.
- If you are new to Pittsburgh, you can learn about some South Hills neighborhoods in our new guide which we will keep adding to throughout the year.
- Customers of BC Artman can now fill out a maintenance request online or let us know they plan to move out.
Coming Soon
We are very excited to be working on our integrated map search. You can “test drive” it now. Our web team over at Pittsburgh Internet Consulting are working to make this the best map real estate search in Pittsburgh. We will keep you posted and make it more prominent on the site when we think it is better than our list search.
Other Features & Plans
The best thing about the new site is the flexibility and ease of updates. Our team will be writing regularly about featured real estate developments, South Hills neighborhood news and other topics. We will be building features to benefit our property owners, rental tenants and our real estate clients. So if there is something that will make your life easier, please suggest it.
