As a REALTOR® with B. C. Artman & Co, I will provide you with the highest quality service possible. My background is 25+ years as a Retail Sales Manager for various pharmacy chains. I managed all aspects of the store functions – sales, promotions, inventory, personnel, cleanliness, security, etc. My second career was 7+ years in Banking as a Commercial Analyst responsible for $1B accounts. I began my Real Estate career a few years ago to support Linda and her clients. Plus, we took on a home to renovate near where we both grew up and we are working on our second renovation.
Buying or selling?? I do the market analysis of each neighborhood in the Greater Pittsburgh Area monitoring sales trends year after year. Also, working on the Comparative Market Analysis for specific homes to estimate value. I am very organized and seek to find the best process flow for our operation making sure that all the paperwork is in order. My other passions are spending time with family, golfing, and home renovation.
