Bill Weger

As a property manager, it is my goal to provide our owner clients and tenants alike with friendly and detail-oriented services. From coordinating rental maintenance requests, to creating and showing new rental listings, I approach all of my property management duties with a ”whatever it takes” mindset and work ethic. My 10+ years of experience in real estate development and hotel management has given me a unique skill set which includes being highly organized, providing friendly & courteous customer service, and approaching even the toughest situations with a positive attitude. Working with BC Artman’s construction team for 2 years prior to moving into property management also gave me a thorough understanding of common maintenance problems & repairs that occur at rental properties, and the most efficient ways to deal with those issues. I find great satisfaction in helping property owners achieve their financial goals by securing highly qualified tenants for their rental properties, but equally enjoy interacting with tenants on a day-to-day basis in addressing their needs & concerns. I believe that this service minded approach to property management is appreciated by both the owners and tenants I work with regularly, and I look forward to continued growth with the team at BC Artman & Co.
