Mike Gruntz

I am excited to join the B.C. Artman Family and become a part of their tradition of excellence. My personal and professional philosophy is to make each day and action count. I truly enjoy hearing my clients say that they have had a great experience working on their real estate transaction with me and I give my all to make that a reality. With an Associate Degree in Construction Technology, a Bachelors of Arts in Jurisprudence with a concentration on Legal Studies and a Master of Science in Law and Public Policy, I have garnered a great deal of formal education in the processes and regulations surrounding developing, maintaining, selling and leasing real property. With my experience working in digital media, planning commissions, environmental action, public utilities and construction in Pittsburgh and the surrounding suburbs I bring a vast knowledge of the real estate market and what it takes to get your real estate transaction done!

My personal mission stretches far beyond what one might expect from a typical real estate agent, I truly believe in serving the communities that I work in. With that being said, I have made it a personal practice to donate to a charity with every single commission I earn. I like to offer my clients the choice, but I enjoy donating to The Mario Lemieux Foundation, Shriners Hospitals for Children, The Ronald McDonald House or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital for Cancer Research. I truly believe in using my good fortune to help those who are less fortunate than myself and really look forward to a long career of creating a positive impact on the communities I work in.
